Bring your men together 3 to 4 times a year for large group gatherings. These could be a prayer breakfast, an event, or a corporate worship service where men are challenged from God's Word. Use these to promote small groups.
SMALL GROUP BIBLE STUDY
These small groups are where men have a never ending discipleship experience. Run your small groups for 6-10 weeks between your large group gatherings.
